Biography
Sarah Hooper is a British television writer, producer and director. She began her career writing episodes of the Channel 4 series Shameless between 2008 and 2010.
She created and wrote the Sky One comedy-drama Mount Pleasant (2011–2017), for which she also served as executive producer. Her other credits include episodes of EastEnders (2016–2017), Emmerdale (2018–2025), the Netflix series Fate: The Winx Saga (2021) and the 2024 mini-series Catch Me a Killer. She has also directed an episode of EastEnders and produced several of her own projects.
