Biography
Michael Keillor is a British television director. He began his career directing short films, commercials and pop promos before moving into continuing drama, with early credits including episodes of Doctors, EastEnders and The Bill.
He has directed episodes of Shameless (2004), Mr Selfridge (2013), Silk (2011), Holby City (1999) and EastEnders (1985). His work on the third series of Line of Duty (2012) earned a BAFTA Scotland nomination for best director. He launched the BBC One series Strike (2017) and has since directed the miniseries Chimerica (2019), Roadkill (2020), Best Interests (2023) and The Bombing of Pan Am 103 (2025).
