Biography
Scott Dougan is a production designer and art director. He began his career in the art department as a production assistant on Flightplan (2005) before working as an art director on films including Bridge of Spies (2015), The Divergent Series: Allegiant (2016) and Collateral Beauty (2016). He has since taken production design roles on features such as American Animals (2018), Charm City Kings (2020) and Crime 101 (2026).
Dougan has also worked in television, serving as production designer on HBO series The Deuce (2018–2019) and the miniseries Florida Man (2023). He is based in Brooklyn, New York, and has collaborated repeatedly with director Bart Layton on American Animals and Crime 101.
