Biography
Scotty Mattraw was an American actor. Born Winfield Scott Mattraw on 19 October 1880, he died on 9 November 1946 in Hollywood, California. He was married to Edna Hunter from 1903 until his death.
Mattraw appeared in numerous uncredited film roles from the mid-1920s onwards, often cast for his large stature. His most notable credit was providing the voice of Bashful in Walt Disney's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937). Other appearances included The Thief of Bagdad (1924), In Old Chicago (1938) as the Beef King, and The Grapes of Wrath (1940) as a migrant.
