Biography
Sean Bailey is an American film and television producer. He co-founded the production company LivePlanet with Ben Affleck, Matt Damon and Chris Moore, and served as a producer on films including Best Laid Plans (1999), Matchstick Men (2003), The Core (2003) and Gone Baby Gone (2007).
In 2010 he was appointed president of Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture Production, a role he held until 2024. During this period he oversaw live-action feature development and production for Walt Disney Pictures. He produced TRON: Legacy (2010) and remained a producer on its sequel TRON: Ares (2025).
In 2025 Bailey founded B5 Studios, where he serves as CEO, focusing on film, television and emerging formats.
