Biography
Sophie McShera is an English actress. She was born on 17 May 1985 in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
She trained at Brunel University, where she earned a degree in drama. McShera is best known for playing Daisy Mason (later Parker) in the television series Downton Abbey (2010–2015) and its feature films Downton Abbey (2019), Downton Abbey: A New Era (2022) and Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale (2025). Other notable roles include Drizella Tremaine in Cinderella (2015) and appearances in Galavant (2015) and The Queen's Gambit (2020).
