Biography
Stephen Colbert is an American comedian, writer, actor and television host. Born in Washington, D.C., he studied acting at Northwestern University and began performing with the Second City comedy troupe in Chicago.
He gained prominence as a correspondent on The Daily Show before hosting The Colbert Report from 2005 to 2014. Colbert has provided voice work in numerous films and series, including Perry Prescott in Despicable Me 4 (2024) and the Digital Dean of Students in Star Trek: Starfleet Academy (2026).
