Biography
Stuart Ford is a British film and television producer and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AGC Studios, based in Los Angeles.
UK-born and educated at Oxford University, he began his career as an entertainment attorney before becoming a senior executive at Miramax Films. In 2007 he founded IM Global, building it into a major independent production, financing and sales company. He launched AGC Studios in 2018.
Ford has produced or executive produced more than seventy films and television series. His credits include executive producer on Hacksaw Ridge (2016), Dredd (2012), Moonfall (2022) and Silence (2016), and producer on Giant (2026). He received Variety's Billion Dollar Producer Award in 2023 and is a member of the executive branches of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts and the Television Academy.
