Biography
Suzy Kendall is a British retired actress. Born Freda Harriet Harrison in Belper, Derbyshire, she attended Derby & District College of Art, where she studied painting and design, before working as a fabric designer and photographic model.
She began acting in the mid-1960s and appeared in British films including To Sir, with Love (1967) and The Bird with the Crystal Plumage (1970), as well as several Italian giallo thrillers such as Torso (1973) and Spasmo (1974). After retiring from screen roles in 1977 she returned in Berberian Sound Studio (2012), credited as Special Scream Performance.
Kendall was married to actor Dudley Moore from 1968 to 1972 and later to Sandy Harper.
