Biography

Teresa Font is a Spanish film editor. Born Teresa Font Guiteras on 30 March 1956 in Gallifa, Catalonia, she worked as an editor at Spanish public broadcaster TVE from 1977 to 1988 before moving into feature films.

She has edited more than a hundred films and is a frequent collaborator with directors Vicente Aranda, Imanol Uribe and Álex de la Iglesia. Her credits include Jamón Jamón (1992), The Day of the Beast (1995), Pain and Glory (2019), Parallel Mothers (2021) and The Room Next Door (2024).

Font has received two Goya Awards for Best Editing, for Días contados (1994) and Pain and Glory (2019), as well as the Ricardo Franco career award at the 2016 Málaga Film Festival.
