Biography

Timothy A. Good is a television editor. A 1997 graduate of Northwestern University's Radio/TV/Film Department, he began his career in editorial roles on series such as The O.C. before becoming a full editor on Gossip Girl (2007–2010).

Good has edited episodes of Fringe (2008–2013), The Umbrella Academy (2019–2022), The Resident (2018–2021) and The Last of Us (2023–). For the latter he won a Primetime Emmy Award in 2023 for Outstanding Picture Editing for a Drama Series for the episode "Endure and Survive", and an American Cinema Editors Eddie Award in 2024 for "Long, Long Time".

He is a member of the American Cinema Editors and has worked as a visiting professor at the UCLA Graduate School of Theatre, Film and Television.
