Biography
Thomas Herpich is an American artist, writer and storyboard artist. He graduated from the School of Visual Arts and worked in indie cartooning before joining the animated series Adventure Time (2009–2018) as a prop and character designer, later becoming a writer and storyboard artist.
Herpich contributed story and writing to the miniseries Over the Garden Wall (2014). He has also written episodes of Steven Universe (2013–2019) and Summer Camp Island (2017–2023). His work on Adventure Time earned him two Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Individual Achievement in Animation, in 2015 and 2016.
