Biography
Tom Proctor is an American actor, also credited as Tom E. Proctor. He trained at Scottsdale Community College.
He is known for roles including Horuz in Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), Biddee in 12 Years a Slave (2013), a Candyland Cowboy (uncredited) in Django Unchained (2012), Hophead #2 in Lawless (2012), Cookie in the television series Westworld (2016), and Cantina Bad Man in The Ballad of Buster Scruggs (2018). Proctor has also worked as a stunt performer and in other production roles.
In 2014 he won Best Actor in a Short Film at the Northeast Film Festival for Sins (2013). In June 2018 he released a debut country album, Working Man, with his band Tom Proctor and the A-Listers.
