Biography
Tom Rosqui was an American character actor. Born in Oakland, California, he attended Sacramento Junior College and won a drama scholarship to the College of the Pacific. He began his professional career in 1951 with stage productions including a Music Circus Show Boat and later spent seven years with the Actor’s Workshop of San Francisco.
Rosqui appeared on Broadway in Sticks and Bones (1972) and The Price, among other plays. His film roles included Rocco Lampone in The Godfather (1972, uncredited) and The Godfather Part II (1974). He also appeared in The Thomas Crown Affair (1968) and Airport '77 (1977). On television he had roles in series including Knight Rider (1985) and Cheers (1988).
Rosqui died of cancer in Los Angeles on 12 April 1991, aged 62. He was married to actress Erica Yohn from 1963 until his death.
