Biography
Toni Basil, born Antonia Christina Basilotta on 22 September 1943 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is an American actress, dancer and choreographer. She is credited as Terry Grouse in the 1970 film Five Easy Pieces.
Basil began her career as a dancer in the 1960s, appearing in films including Viva Las Vegas (1964), Easy Rider (1969) as Mary, and Head (1968). She later worked as a choreographer on projects such as American Graffiti (1973) and acted in television series including Laverne & Shirley (1976) and Baywatch (1989). She is also known for the 1982 single "Mickey".
