Biography
Tony Basgallop is a British television screenwriter. He began writing for British series in the 1990s, contributing episodes to Casualty (1998), EastEnders (1996–2002) and Teachers (2003–2004).
His credits include the miniseries To the Ends of the Earth (2005), Inside Men (2012), What Remains (2013), Worried About the Boy (2010) and Being Human (2009). He later created and wrote for the American series Servant (2019–2023) and The Consultant (2023), and contributed to 24: Live Another Day (2014) and 24: Legacy (2017). He has received BAFTA nominations for his work.
