Biography
Tony Selby (1938–2021) was an English actor. He trained at the Italia Conti Stage School and made his professional debut as a child performer.
He appeared as Sam in a 1975 episode of the BBC sitcom The Good Life. Selby was best known for playing Corporal Percy Marsh in the ITV series Get Some In! (1975–1978) and Sabalom Glitz in Doctor Who (1986–1987). His other credits include the films Alfie (1966), Witchfinder General (1968) and Superman (1978), and television roles in EastEnders (2002) and Love Hurts (1992–1994). He worked extensively in British stage, film and television over seven decades.
