Biography
Veanne Cox is an American actress and former ballet dancer. She was born on 19 January 1963 in Norfolk, Virginia, and studied ballet at the Washington School of Ballet before training in acting at the Studio Theatre in Washington, D.C.
She began her stage career in the 1980s and received a Tony Award nomination for her performance as Amy in the 1995 Roundabout Theatre revival of Stephen Sondheim's Company. Other Broadway credits include Caroline, or Change (2004) and An American in Paris. On screen she is known for roles in You've Got Mail (1998), Erin Brockovich (2000) as Theresa Dallavale, and Two Weeks Notice (2002), as well as appearances in series such as Seinfeld and The Mandalorian.
