Biography
Victor Hsu is a British-American television producer and production manager. He began his career in the 1970s as a second assistant director on films including Oh, God! (1977) and Exorcist II: The Heretic (1977), later working as first assistant director on Gremlins 2: The New Batch (1990).
Hsu has produced or served in production management roles on numerous television series. He was a producer on Freaks and Geeks (1999), with credits on 17 episodes. Other notable work includes production management on Arrested Development (2003) and executive producer roles on Transparent (2014), I Love Dick (2016), The Patient (2022) and High Potential (2024). He has also contributed to It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
Hsu has received one Primetime Emmy Award and additional nominations for his production work.
