Biography
Vyto Ruginis, also credited as Vytautas Ruginis, is an English-born American actor. He was born on 17 April 1956 in Wolverhampton, England, to Lithuanian parents, and grew up in Cicero, Illinois. He holds a BFA from the University of Illinois and an MFA from Yale University.
Ruginis has appeared in films including The Devil's Advocate (1997), Cliffhanger (1993), The Fast and the Furious (2001) and Moneyball (2011), in which he played Pittaro. His television credits include guest roles in The X-Files, House and The Mentalist, as well as a recurring part as Arkady Kolcheck in NCIS: Los Angeles. He was inducted into the National Lithuanian American Hall of Fame in 2015.
