Biography
Wally Albright (born Walton Algernon Albright Jr.) was an American actor. He was born on 3 September 1925 in Burbank, California, and appeared in numerous films as a child, often in uncredited or small roles. He is noted for appearing in six Our Gang short subjects in the early 1930s, in which he frequently played the gang leader alongside Matthew 'Stymie' Beard.
Albright later had roles including the Boy Who Bragged of Eating Chicken (uncredited) in The Grapes of Wrath (1940) and the Newsboy (uncredited) in Laura (1944). He also appeared in Captains Courageous (1937), The Wild One (1953) and other films. In adult life he became a water sportsman and operated a trucking firm; he died on 7 August 1999 in Sacramento, California.
