Biography
William Belleau is a Secwépemc Canadian actor. Born on 15 April 1982 in Williams Lake, British Columbia, he grew up on the Alkali Lake reservation in the Esk’etemc First Nation. He trained at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts from 2006 to 2008.
Belleau’s screen credits include a role in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (2010) and appearances in the series Frontier (2016). He played Henry Roan in Martin Scorsese’s Killers of the Flower Moon (2023) and Officer Butterfly Jimenez in Eddington (2025). He has also appeared in The Unforgivable (2021), Fresh (2022) and The Last of Us (2023).
Belleau received a Leo Award nomination for best performance in a short drama.
