Biography
Zlatko Burić is a Croatian-Danish actor. He was born on 13 May 1953 in Osijek, Croatia (then part of Yugoslavia), and trained at the Dramski Studio there in 1972. In the 1970s and early 1980s he was a member of the experimental theatre group Kugla Glumište before moving to Denmark in 1981.
Burić is best known for playing Milo in the Pusher film trilogy (1996–2005), directed by Nicolas Winding Refn, for which he received a Bodil Award. Other notable film roles include Yuri Karpov in 2012 (2009), Dmitry in Triangle of Sadness (2022) — for which he won a European Film Award and a Guldbagge Award — Dimitri in Wolfs (2024), Vasil Ghurkos in Superman (2025), and Lupino in The Bride! (2026). He has also appeared in television series including Wonder Man (2026).
