Biography
Alexandra Welker is a costume designer whose credits include the television series Grimm (2011), on which she worked for 110 episodes from 2012 to 2017, as well as The O.C. (2003). She has designed costumes for feature films including American Pie 2 (2001), Just Friends (2005), John Tucker Must Die (2006) and the Alvin and the Chipmunks series (2007–2011).
Welker began her career in the New York independent film scene of the 1990s, working on five projects with director Hal Hartley. She later moved to Los Angeles and has also styled the mock band Spinal Tap and the Folksmen for a decade. More recent television work includes Everything Sucks! (2018), Teenage Bounty Hunters (2020) and The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers (2021).
