Biography
Amy Aquino is an American actress known for roles in film, television and theatre. Born on 20 March 1957 in Teaneck, New Jersey, she studied biology at Harvard University before training at the Yale School of Drama, from which she received an MFA.
After early film appearances in Moonstruck (1987) and Working Girl (1988), she gained recognition for recurring television parts, including Phyllis Berger Silver in Brooklyn Bridge (1991–1993) and Dr Joanna 'Joey' Diamond in Picket Fences (1995–1996), the latter earning a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination. She later played Lt Grace Billets across seven seasons of Bosch (2014–2021) and appeared as Dr Christina Raynor in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021).
Aquino has frequently portrayed judges and medical professionals, with credits including roles in Grey's Anatomy, Suits, The Mentalist and Castle. She served as co-secretary/treasurer of SAG-AFTRA until 2015 and played Judge Thelma Hollub in the 2024 film Juror #2.
