Biography
Andrew Mason is an Australian film and television producer. He began his career in visual effects and second unit direction before moving into producing, with early credits including Dark City (1998) as producer and visual effects supervisor, and executive producer roles on The Matrix (1999), The Matrix Reloaded (2003) and The Matrix Revolutions (2003).
Mason has produced or executive produced a range of international features, including Scooby-Doo (2002), Silent Hill (2006), Saving Mr. Banks (2013), The Water Diviner (2014) and I, Frankenstein (2014). He is a partner at Hopscotch Features and co-founder of Brouhaha Entertainment. Recent credits include producer on the biographical drama Lee (2024) and executive producer on the miniseries Boy Swallows Universe (2024).
