Biography
Anthony Chun is an animation director. He has directed episodes of King of the Hill (2007–2008), Bob's Burgers (2011–2013), Rick and Morty (2017–2019), The Batman (2005–2007) and other series, and has worked in art department roles on films including Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022).
He studied literature at Yale University and previously drew superhero comics for Image Comics and DC Comics before entering animation.
Chun won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program in 2018 for directing the Rick and Morty episode "Pickle Rick". He received a nomination in the same category in 2013 for the Bob's Burgers episode "O.T.: The Outside Toilet".
