Biography
Gregory Thompson is an American television writer and producer. He graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in English in 1983, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, and later earned an MBA from Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business.
After working in marketing, including for the Los Angeles Times, he began screenwriting in 1995, frequently collaborating with Aron Abrams until the latter's death in 2010. His credits include writing and producing on 3rd Rock from the Sun, King of the Hill (writer 2004–2010), Everybody Hates Chris, Grounded for Life, Glenn Martin, DDS and Bob's Burgers.
He has continued as a writer and consulting producer on Bob's Burgers.
