Biography
Armando Riesco is a Puerto Rican actor. Born on 5 December 1977 in Mayagüez, he was raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he attended Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola. He later studied at Northwestern University in Illinois and moved to New York City after graduating, beginning work in local and off-Broadway theatre as well as film and television.
Riesco played Jesse in Garden State (2004). His other film roles include 25th Hour (2002), Pieces of April (2003), National Treasure (2004) as FBI Agent Hendricks and its 2007 sequel, World Trade Center (2006) as Antonio Rodrigues, and Adult World (2014). Television appearances include Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Fringe and Elementary.
He is married to actress Shirley Rumierk and has also worked in voice acting for video games and as a writer and producer.
