Biography
Arthur W. Forney is a producer, director and editor who has worked extensively with Dick Wolf's production company since the late 1980s. He began his career in post-production at Warner Bros. and later edited episodes of Magnum, P.I. before joining Wolf Entertainment, where he served as an editor on Law & Order (1990) and other early projects.
Forney progressed to producing roles across the Law & Order franchise and its spin-offs, and has directed more than thirty episodes of Wolf series since 1994, including multiple instalments of Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Chicago P.D., Chicago Fire and Chicago Med. He has also held executive producer positions on FBI, FBI: Most Wanted and Law & Order: Organized Crime. He heads post-production operations for Wolf Films.
