Billie Neal was an American actress. Born on 15 December 1955 in Little Rock, Arkansas, she died on 27 December 1999 in Los Angeles, California.
She played Bobbie in Down by Law (1986) and appeared in films such as Born on the Fourth of July (1989), Jacob's Ladder (1990), Internal Affairs (1990), Mortal Thoughts (1991), Consenting Adults (1992), Gridlock'd (1997) and Eve's Bayou (1997). Neal also had television roles including appearances in Law & Order.
