Biography
Billy Postlethwaite is an English actor. The son of actor Pete Postlethwaite and former BBC producer Jacqueline Morrish, he grew up in Shropshire and trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, graduating in 2011.
He made his stage debut in 2011 and has appeared in supporting roles in films including Tomb Raider (2018), 1917 (2019) and Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023), and on television in Game of Thrones (2017), Chernobyl (2019) and The Winter King (2023). He plays Deputy Hank Murphy in the Apple TV+ series Silo (2023–present), initially recurring and later as a main cast member.
