Biography
Bjarne Henriksen is a Danish actor. He was born on 18 January 1959 in Såderup, Funen, and trained at the National Theatre School in Copenhagen from 1986 to 1990.
He is known for supporting roles in Danish films including The Celebration (1998) as Kokken and The Hunt (2012) as Ole. On television he has played Theis Birk Larsen in The Killing (2007), Hans Christian Thorsen in Borgen (2010–2013), and John Brink in The Chestnut Man (2021). He has also appeared in theatre productions and received a Robert Prize for best actor in a television series in 2021.
