Biography
Brian Eatwell was a British production designer and art director. Born in London on 1 June 1939, he worked on numerous British and American films and television productions from the 1960s to the early 2000s.
Eatwell served as production designer on Nicolas Roeg’s Walkabout (1971) and The Man Who Fell to Earth (1976). He also designed Richard Lester’s The Three Musketeers (1973), receiving a BAFTA nomination, and The Four Musketeers (1974). Other credits include art direction on if.... (1968) and set design on The Abominable Dr. Phibes (1971). He later worked on films such as The Onion Field (1979), White Dog (1982) and The Watcher (2000). Eatwell died in Los Angeles on 20 January 2007. He was married to costume designer May Routh.
