Biography
Cappi Ireland is an Australian costume designer. She has worked on numerous Australian feature films and television series, as well as international productions.
Her credits include Animal Kingdom (2010), I, Frankenstein (2014), The Rover (2014), Lion (2016), The Dry (2021), Mortal Kombat (2021), Better Man (2024) and Mortal Kombat II (2026). Television work includes Glitch, Fires, New Gold Mountain and Love Me.
Ireland has received multiple AACTA and AFI nominations and wins for costume design, including four nominations at the 2021 AACTA Awards and a win for New Gold Mountain. In 2025 she was invited to join the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
