Biography
Carl Chase is an English actor. He is known for film roles including Frank in Alien³ (1992), a goon in Batman (1989), Hook in The Mummy (1999), the Ancient High Priest in Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2001), Bishop in Cutthroat Island (1995) and Uncle Ted in Distant Voices, Still Lives (1988).
Chase has appeared in numerous British television productions, including multiple episodes of Coronation Street (1982–2005) and episodes of Highlander: The Series (1992) and Tipping the Velvet (2002). He began performing after service in the fire brigade, singing in pubs and working in theatre from the early 1980s.
