Biography
Caroline Goodall is an English-Australian actress, screenwriter and producer. She was born on 13 November 1959 in London and graduated with a BA in Drama and English from the University of Bristol in 1981. She trained and performed extensively on stage with the Royal Shakespeare Company and the National Theatre before moving into screen work.
Goodall is known for her roles as Moira in Hook (1991) and Emilie Schindler in Schindler's List (1993), both directed by Steven Spielberg. Other film credits include Cliffhanger (1993), Disclosure (1994), White Squall (1996), The Princess Diaries (2001) and The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement (2004). She has also appeared in television series such as The Crown (2016).
She received AFI Award nominations for Best Actress for the miniseries Cassidy (1989) and the film Hotel Sorrento (1995). Goodall is married to cinematographer Nicola Pecorini and has two children. Her sister is producer Victoria Goodall.
