Biography
Charles Gillibert (born 14 September 1977) is a French film producer. He was born in Tassin-la-Demi-Lune and began his career in 1995 when he co-founded the production company NADA with Nathanaël Karmitz. The company produced numerous short films before merging with the MK2 group in 2002.
Gillibert produced feature films for MK2 from 2006, working with directors including Abbas Kiarostami, Gus Van Sant, Olivier Assayas and Walter Salles. His credits include Paranoid Park (2007), Certified Copy (2010), Laurence Anyways (2012), On the Road (2012), Tom at the Farm (2014), Clouds of Sils Maria (2014), Mustang (2015) and Personal Shopper (2016). In 2013 he founded CG Cinéma. Since 2021 he has served as president of Les Films du Losange.
