Biography
D.V. DeVincentis is a writer and producer. He co-wrote the screenplay for the film Grosse Pointe Blank (1997) with Tom Jankiewicz, Steve Pink and John Cusack. He also wrote the screenplay for High Fidelity (2000) and contributed episodes to the television series American Crime Story (2016).
DeVincentis began his creative work in Chicago theatre and studied literature and filmmaking before moving to Los Angeles. He has written and produced for film and television, including the screenplay for Lay the Favorite (2012) and episodes of Pam & Tommy (2022). He received two Primetime Emmy Awards, a Writers Guild of America Award and other honours for his work on American Crime Story.
He was previously married to actress Natasha Gregson Wagner.
