Biography
Daniel Bekerman is a Canadian film producer and the founder and president of Scythia Films. He is also credited as Dan Bekerman.
He produced The Witch (2015) and served as producer on The Apprentice (2024). The latter won the Canadian Screen Award for Best Motion Picture at the 13th Canadian Screen Awards in 2025. His other credits include executive producer roles on Ready or Not (2019), The Prodigy (2019) and The Craft: Legacy (2020), and line producer on The Invisible Man (2020).
Bekerman has worked on numerous independent features, often in Canadian co-productions, with recent projects including Longing (2024) and Endless Cookie (2025).
