Biography
Danny Glicker is an American costume designer. He received an Academy Award nomination for Best Costume Design for his work on the 2008 film Milk, directed by Gus Van Sant.
Glicker has collaborated frequently with director Jason Reitman on films including Thank You for Smoking (2005), Up in the Air (2009), Ghostbusters: Afterlife (2021) and Saturday Night (2024). He has also worked with Gus Van Sant on The Sea of Trees (2015) and with Darren Aronofsky on mother! (2017) and The Whale (2022). His other credits include The Hills Have Eyes (2006), This Is the End (2013), Bad Times at the El Royale (2018) and the television series Angelyne (2022), for which he received an Emmy nomination. He won a Costume Designers Guild Award for Transamerica (2006).
