Biography
Darren Boyd is an English actor, writer and director. He was born on 30 January 1971 in Hastings, East Sussex. He began acting at the age of 16 in local theatre productions.
Boyd is known for roles in films including Four Lions (2010), The World's End (2013), Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa (2013), Bridget Jones's Baby (2016) and The Personal History of David Copperfield (2019), and television series such as Spy (2011–2012), Luther (2010), Fortitude (2015), Killing Eve (2018), The Outlaws (2021–2024) and Down Cemetery Road (2025). He won the BAFTA Television Award for Best Male Comedy Performance for Spy.
