Biography
David Kemper is an American television writer and producer. He was raised in Oak Park, Michigan, attended Ferndale High School and graduated from the University of Michigan before moving to California.
Kemper wrote two episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation (1989). His other credits include episodes of seaQuest DSV (1993–94), where he also worked as producer, Star Trek: Voyager (1995), Stargate SG-1, The Pretender and Swamp Thing. He is best known for his work on Farscape (1999–2003) as writer and executive producer, and he produced the Syfy film Aztec Rex. In 2006 he made a deal with the Sci Fi Channel to supply five movies.
