Biography
David Mumeni is a British actor. Born in Hammersmith, London, on 17 September 1986, he trained at the Drama Centre London and graduated in 2009.
His film credits include Alan in Lost in London (2017), Footrub Ken in Barbie (2023), Marine Sergeant in Mission: Impossible – Fallout (2018), Eteon Computer Tech in Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw (2019), Fabien in Johnny English Strikes Again (2018), and Guy in Pub in Last Christmas (2019). On television he has appeared as Lord Samadani in Bridgerton (2020) and in regular roles in Stath Lets Flats, Dead Pixels and Sliced.
Mumeni founded Open Door, a non-profit organisation that helps young people from low-income backgrounds gain places at leading UK drama schools. He has also worked extensively in theatre, including at the Royal Court.
