Biography
David Richardson was an American television writer and producer. He began his career in the mid-1980s writing for series including Grand and Empty Nest, later working as a writer and producer on Phenom, The John Larroquette Show and Local Heroes.
Richardson wrote the 1994 episode 'Homer Loves Flanders' of The Simpsons and served as supervising producer on eleven episodes of the series. He also wrote for Malcolm in the Middle, Two and a Half Men and F Is for Family, and produced episodes of Ed and Married to the Kellys. He won a Humanitas Prize in 1995.
Born in Phoenix, Arizona, on 24 December 1955, Richardson died in Los Angeles on 18 January 2021.
