Biography
Debbie Chazen is an English actress. She was born on 1 September 1971 in Hammersmith, London, and trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art after graduating from the University of Manchester in 1992 with a degree in Russian Studies.
She is best known for playing Annie in the BBC sitcom The Smoking Room (2004–2005). Other television roles include appearances in Topsy-Turvy (1999), A Christmas Carol (1999), Doctor Who: Voyage of the Damned (2007), Sherlock (2010) as Vicky, The Last Kingdom (2015–2020) as Sable, and recurring parts in Trollied and Holby City. She has also worked extensively in theatre.
