Biography
Ed Adamson was an American television writer and producer. Born on 28 January 1915 in Albany, New York, he attended Columbia University and began his career writing radio scripts before moving into television in the 1950s.
He contributed episodes to numerous series, including Mission: Impossible (1966), for which he wrote stories and teleplays in the early 1970s, Mannix (1967), The Outer Limits (1963), Bonanza (1959) and Hawaii Five-O (1969). Adamson created the detective series Banyon (1971–1973) and also worked as a producer on Wanted: Dead or Alive (1958). He died on 1 October 1972 in Los Angeles, California.
