Biography
Alf Kjellin was a Swedish actor and director. Born in Lund, he began his career as an actor in Swedish films in the late 1930s and achieved a breakthrough with the 1944 film Hets (Torment). He later appeared in Hollywood productions and worked in both countries before settling in the United States in the early 1960s.
Kjellin directed numerous television episodes, including three for the series Mission: Impossible (1966). His other directing credits include episodes of Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Columbo, Hawaii Five-O, The Waltons, Dynasty and Gunsmoke, as well as made-for-television films. He also acted in several American films and television series.
