Biography
Edward S. Feldman was an American film and television producer. Born in The Bronx, New York, he graduated from Michigan State University and began his career in the publicity department at 20th Century Fox before moving into producing.
His first feature producing credit was the 1971 melodrama What's the Matter with Helen?. He went on to produce Witness (1985), for which he received an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture, The Truman Show (1998), 101 Dalmatians (1996), 102 Dalmatians (2000) and K-19: The Widowmaker (2002). He was also nominated for BAFTA Awards for Best Film for Witness and The Truman Show, and received the Hollywood Film Festival's Outstanding Achievement in Producing award in 2001.
Feldman died in Los Angeles on 2 October 2020.
