Biography
Emma Laird is an English actress born on 8 September 1998 in Scotland. She began her career with short films and modelling before transitioning to acting.
On television, she is known for her role as Iris in the Paramount+ series Mayor of Kingstown (2021–2024) and as Annabelle Stone in the Apple TV+ series The Crowded Room (2023). Her feature film credits include Desdemona Holland in A Haunting in Venice (2023), Audrey in The Brutalist (2024), and Jimmima in 28 Years Later (2025) and its sequel 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple (2026).
Laird was included in Variety's list of 10 Brits to Watch in 2021 and was named a Screen International Star of Tomorrow in 2025.
